Thank you for all of the information on ferrets. I might get one and I am so excited. I just need to keep him/her away from my hammies, don't want them to become a snack! =] -Lilly

Hello! I wish I had found this site along time ago, I found it very helpful. I have had a total of 3 ferrets since I was a little kid (I'm 24 now), and I just rescued a female ferret from a very sad life. I first had Franny (girl), Elvis (boy), Bandit (boy) and now I have Trixey (girl). They have all been sable ferrets and they were all rescue pets. Sadly I seem to get them around 3 years of age and they usually have not been properly cared for by the time I get them, and they have all died now. I just got Trixie about 2 weeks ago. She's about 3 years old but she seems to be in wonderful shape and she is so good with my little girl. They bring each other a lot of joy and it's fun to watch them play in the ball pit that we have. Take care and thank you for such a wonderful and informative site. :0)

Hi, We love our ferret named Ghost. He is so funny. He loves it when he can come out of his cage and run around the living room. He gets so excited that he will rare up and zip backwards so fast that he will fall down and just lay there. He is so funny. Ghost also likes tormenting the cat. Sometimes the cat and ferret go round and round, it goes on until the cat has had enough! We love our ferret. bye.....

My boyfriend and I bought a ferret last month and he is the best pet I've ever had. I didn't know how much I would love this little guy. His name is Bandit and he's so much fun to have around and play with. He always makes us laugh! He's a Marshall Ferret and though he is mischievous at times he is always funny as heck!

Back yet again!! My parents are still saying no to a ferret. I also found that fennec foxes can be keep as pets. Now I am trying for one of them. I still think ferrets are amazing animals. Even though they are a LOT of work I still want one and I will still save up the money for that or any other animal. If I get a ferret I will name her Misty and I will spoil her to pieces. I really am ready to get all of the materials and money. I REALLY WANT A FERRET!!!!!

Our family just got a young white ferret named Ghost from the Animal Shelter. We love him already. He is so cute, funny and into everything. It is sad when he has to go back into his cage. He loves the soft sweatshirts in his cage to crawl thru, hide and sleep.

Back again! I LOVE ferrets sooooo much. I'm in a family who thinks cats are the best things in the world. My parents keep saying no and I keep saying yes.I do have a 7 year old cat who gets along with our fish very well. Should I still get a ferret? BRB

Ferrets are so cute. They can be very messy and stinky though. I still like them though. It is very hard to take care of a ferret. There are a lot of materials that you need. My friend wants a ferret but her parents say No way. I already have enough pets and I don't need anymore.
